Raw cupcakes!


i finally finished creating my raw vegan cupcakes for my friend! they turned out wonderful! im so happy. if you are interested in the recipe here it is;

FOR CRUST;

1 cup almonds
1 cup raisons
1/2 cup agave nectar
1/2-1 cup of almond butter (see method)

FOR CREAM:

1/2 fruit of your choice (blueberries, raspberries, oranges, strawberries...)
2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 cup agave nectar

mix all the crust ingrediance in a food processor (except almond butter). put everything into a bowl and add almond butter till the mixture can be molded and pressed. choose a cupcake pan of any size. put paper cupcake rappers into the pan. put the dough in and mold it to the cupcake shape in the pan about i centimeter thick. mix the cream in a blender till, well, creamy. pour the cream into the cups and smooth the top. let the cupcakes sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minuets or until chilled well. take out of the pan by pulling the rapper.
