Agave Nectar

for many readers, agave nactar is nothing new, but for me, it is. i have only recently began to use for everything. its a wonderful substitute of procesed refined white sugar i put in everything before. it has a wonderful, smooth sweet taste, that looks like honey, but is vegan, raw, and, in my opinion, tastes much better! its tastes VERY good in tea. Try it in baked goods, on top of toast, in your fruit salad, or anything elce! Try it!

sprouting

i just planted so many seeds. in the past years, i had never planted seeds because i had no trust that they would grow, obviously im not that patient. but after planting some morning glory seeds and a japaneese maple tree seed, and watching them sprout, i now have trust in seeds. just needs some patience and love. :)
today i planted some-- or alot of green beans, and some cucumber. i cant wait till i can have a fresh salad with my green beans, fresh from my own garden!

GROW A GARDEN! it dose not take much! i dont even have a back yard, just a slab of concreet with a fence around it, and i grow a HUGE succesful garden! try it.

Raw Pie

i made my first raw vegan pie today, and it was AMAISING! my family ate it up so fast i barely had time to snach a piece for my friend. it was a strayberry rasberry pie, with a nutty twist!
crust:
1 cup Almonds
1 cup raisons
1 tbs of coconut oil
2-3 tbs of raw or normal smooth almondbutter

filling:
1 banana
2 strawberries
1 tbs sugar or agave
1 1/2 cups of dehydrated raspberries.

for crust: process almonds to little chunks, smaller the better, and poor into a bowl. then process raisons till realy sticky and dough like. mix raisons and almonds together with coconut oil and almond butter. adjust the recipie acording to your needs. push the "dough" to the sides of the pie pan and to the bottom. put the pan into the fridge.

Next, for filling: proces everything till creamy. you can use a blander or a food processer, depending on what you have. take the pie pan out and poor the cream into the crust, wich should sill be in the pan. (Do not take out the crust, youll have a big mess) put the pie into the refridorator for at least a hour. or in the frezzer, till well chilled.

serve with a fresh fruit on top. you can put some coconut sheds on too! Enjoy!

explore

Hi there! i just got back from spring break, i took a lovely trip! Anyway while looking through some gift shops while traveling i found a beautiful note book from a brand i believe is called every day. The note book has a insirational quote on each page. The brand quote is "Have the COURAGE to follow your DREAMS, EXPLORE the world, and ACHIEVE greatness!"
when i opened up the book today to see this quote: "Blessed are the curious for they shall have adventures."
